An Ode to Pinterest

I have a confession to make. Before I explain what it is, understand that I am not the only one who has this problem (more so a gift)! I think a lot of people suffer from scrolling through Pinterest for an extended period of time and gaining inspiration for certain things. For me, I can get lost in finding inspiration in my closet and putting an outfit together through Pinterest. I find it fascinating that people can share their style ideas and transform the ordinary into unique looks. Right now, I am leaning towards more classic and feminine silhouettes with soft tones. Then again, I am still a fan of brights and edgy laid back looks.

So, I wanted to share some of my favorite looks I found for the week. I was inspired by Spring and the elegant yet simple combinations that were pinned and shared throughout. Free flowing dresses and my personal favorite street style touches are all represented. Consider this a slice of my Pinterest heaven.

Turning to different perspectives on style is essential if you want to build upon your wardrobe. It also helps when you want to try something different for little to no cost. If you are not sure what you want to do with that coat that has ben sitting in your closet all year see what others would do!

What I love about exchanging style inspiration is the ability to connect with others and changing your style every once in a while. Also, there are hundreds of ways to style certain pieces! So if you ever find yourself in a style inspiration rut and you don’t think shopping is your answer, try quickly scrolling through Pinterest to get some ideas.
